Our platform allows you to upload files directly to your Google Drive. In accordance with Google’s API User Data Policy:

• Access: We only access the specific folders or files you authorize.
• Storage: We do not store copies of your Google Drive files on our servers; we act only as a gateway to your personal storage.
• Usage: Your Client Secret and Access Tokens are encrypted and used solely to facilitate file transfers you initiate.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process data based on:

• Contract To fulfill our service obligations to you.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. For hosting clients, data is stored until the termination of the service agreement, after which it is securely purged following a 30-day grace period.
