3.1. Transaction Fees: You agree to pay transaction fees to Stripe for each successful payment processed through the App. Transaction fees are subject to Stripe's pricing terms and may vary based on transaction type and region.
3.2. Payout Schedule: Stripe will transfer funds from processed transactions to your designated bank account according to their payout schedule.
4. Compliance and Security
4.1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payments, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.
4.2. Data Security: You acknowledge that Stripe is responsible for the security of payment data collected and processed through their services. AuditLog Online does not store or process payment card information.
5. Disputes and Charge-backs
5.1. Resolution: You agree to promptly address and resolve any disputes or charge-backs related to transactions processed through the App. AuditLog Online may provide assistance in resolving disputes upon request.
5.2. Liability: You are responsible for any charge-backs, refunds, or losses incurred as a result of fraudulent transactions or disputes.
6. Termination
AuditLog Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stripe's services through the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditLog Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Stripe's services through the App.
