Welcome to the AuditLog TAG iD App ("App"). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the TAG iD By AuditLog App, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as well as its connection to the AuditLog Cloud platform ("Cloud"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
Please read these terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the TAG iD By AuditLog, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other policies referenced herein. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.
2. Required AuditLog Cloud Account
The TAG iD By AuditLog App is designed to function exclusively in conjunction with the AuditLog Cloud. To use this App, you must have a registered account with AuditLog Cloud. Your AuditLog account number is required to access the app's features and functionality. If you do not have an account, please register through the AuditLog Cloud platform before using the App.
3. Device Permissions
The TAG iD By AuditLog App requires access to specific features of your mobile device to provide its services. By using the App, you consent to the following permissions:
3.1. Camera Access
The App may request access to your device’s camera to enable scanning of tags and identification codes. This functionality is essential for the App's primary purpose of identifying and tracking audit logs through visual verification. We do not store or share images captured by your camera unless explicitly permitted by you.
3.2. Location Access
The App may request permission to access your device’s location services. This is necessary for tracking the location of scanned items or tags as part of the audit process, providing more accurate and detailed reports in conjunction with AuditLog Cloud. Your location data is used solely for the purpose of providing services within the App and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
4. Data Usage and Privacy
The App collects certain information, including camera images and location data, solely for the purpose of improving functionality and providing accurate audit tracking services. 5. App Functionality and Restrictions
5.1. Cloud Dependency
The TAG iD By AuditLog App only functions in connection with the AuditLog Cloud platform. The App requires a stable internet connection to communicate with the Cloud and access your account data. Without an active AuditLog Cloud account and internet access, the App's functionality will be limited or unavailable.
5.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AuditLog Cloud account credentials and any actions taken under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact AuditLog support immediately.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Engage in any unauthorized use, distribution, or reverse engineering of the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Cloud system, networks, or any other user's account.
- Use the App for any illegal or unethical activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the AuditLog TAG iD App and AuditLog Cloud are the exclusive property of TAG iD By AuditLog. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any content from the App without explicit written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the AuditLog TAG iD App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAG iD By AuditLog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the TAG iD By AuditLog App, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, or data loss.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within United Kingdom.
