When you use the App, we automatically collect data about your device and your interactions with the App, including:

- Device type (e.g., phone or tablet)

- App usage statistics (e.g., session length, feature usage)

 1.3. Camera Access

The App requires access to your device's camera to scan identification tags and codes as part of its core functionality. Images captured by the camera are used only for the purposes of visual verification and audit logging, and are not stored or shared unless explicitly allowed by the user.

The App may collect location data from your device when you use location-based features, such as scanning tags or identifying assets during audits. This data is used to enhance the accuracy and reliability of audit tracking. Location data is collected only when the app is in use and is not shared with third parties.

We use the information collected from the App and AuditLog Cloud for the following purposes:

- To maintain the security of your account and our systems

- To enable functionality such as tag scanning, location tracking, and visual verification

- To communicate with you, including sending notifications or updates

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

You can review and manage your account information through your AuditLog Cloud account. If you would like to update, modify, or correct any of your personal information, you can do so by logging into your account.

5.2. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can request account deletion by submitting a support ticket via the **HelpHub By AuditLog** website. Once your request is received, our support team will process the deletion of your account and data within a reasonable time frame. Please note that certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

To submit a request for account deletion:

1. Visit the HelpHub By AuditLog website.

2. Submit a support ticket under the category Account Deletions.

3. Include your AuditLog account number and registered email address in the request.

Upon verification, we will confirm the deletion of your data. Once processed, this action is irreversible, and your account and data will no longer be recoverable.


 6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable safeguards to protect it. This includes encryption, firewalls, and secure access protocols to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data. However, please note that no system can guarantee complete security, and you use the App and services at your own risk.


7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.


8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
