Stripe Processing Terms

Payment Security & Processing AuditLog Software Solutions does not store or process card details directly. All payments, card storage, identity verification, and financial transfers are securely handled by Stripe, Inc. and are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement.

1. Platform Coverage

These Stripe Processing Terms apply to all AuditLog Software Solutions platforms, including but not limited to:

  • TAGiD
  • iDVerify
  • B Social
  • SomeDayNow
  • Any future AuditLog-operated software, services, or APIs

2. Stripe Connected Accounts

Users, businesses, partners, or platform operators may be required to create and maintain a Stripe Connected Account in order to receive funds, subscriptions, payouts, or service settlements. By using any AuditLog financial feature, you agree to the applicable Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Failure to complete Stripe’s KYC or compliance checks may result in delayed, suspended, or returned funds.

3. Fee Structure

Processing fees are deducted automatically from each transaction and may vary depending on the platform, service tier, or transaction type.

Marketplace / Partner Payments 2.9% + £0.20* Agreed commission

*Stripe fees may vary based on card type, currency, or region.

4. Payouts, Settlements & Wallet Logic

AuditLog platforms may operate structured wallet, escrow, or settlement systems depending on the product. Payout timing, thresholds, and conditions are defined per platform and may be subject to compliance or audit checks.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Stripe will notify the relevant account holder. The account holder is responsible for providing evidence and responding within Stripe’s dispute timeframes. Any associated dispute or chargeback fees are the responsibility of the connected account holder.

6. Ledger, Auditing & Compliance

AuditLog Software Solutions operates an internal audit-ready, double-entry ledger architecture that mirrors Stripe transaction activity to provide traceability, reconciliation, and compliance reporting across all platforms.
